 To Create and Support an infrastructure for Volunteer and Paid English teachers throughout Asia

To Provide ALEA and US schools service learning opportunities in Asia and worldwide

To Systematize Asian  school-volunteer follow-up services once volunteers return to the US

To Offer Inter-scholastic programming for ALEA schools and students

To Provide leadership training and on going support for ALEA administrators

To Provide school specific Teacher Development and School Improvement programs
